In August 2014 I rode the London - Surrey Prudential 100. I had trained for a year and was gutted by the weather conditions (Tail end of a Hurrican hit Southern England) and the reduction in the distance from 100 to 86 Miles. At the time this seemed tragic. But two weeks later news put tragedy into perspective with the diagnosis of my youngest son with Autism. This Blog tells the story of the journey back to fitness and the ongoing love of Cycling.
